The nominations for the 2011 Carnegie & Greenaway Medals have been released

CILIP have published the longlists for the 2011 Carnegie and Kate Greenaway Medals. The Greenaway longlist features One Smart Fish by Chris Wormell and The Django by Levi Penfold, winners of this year's Booktrust Early Years Award Pre-school and Best New Illustrator categories respectively, while the Carnegie longlist features Gregory Hughes' Unhooking the Moon, winner of the 2010 Booktrust Teenage Prize.
